Life OS

Life OS stores the goals, habits, journal entries and other content you create, so it can sync across your devices. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your personal content to train AI models.
Life OS is operated by an independent developer. For any privacy question or request, contact vvvadim.businesss@gmail.com — this is the fastest route to a human.
Account: your email address and, optionally, a display name. An account is required to use the app — there is no guest or anonymous mode, and everything you create is stored in your account rather than only on your device.
Content you create: goals, milestones, tasks, habits and check-ins, journal entries, brain dumps, ideas, learning items, vision board items and images, financial goal amounts, plans and reviews, and messages you send to the Coach.
Feedback: if you use the in-app feedback form, we store your message and — only if you choose to provide it — an email address to reply to.
Usage events: which screens you open and which features you use (for example "goal created" or "paywall viewed"), tied to your account id. We use this to understand which parts of the app are useful.
Crash reports: if the app crashes, technical diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack trace) are sent so we can fix it. Crash reporting is only active in builds where it has been configured.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos (beyond images you deliberately add to your vision board), or advertising identifiers.
Journal entries, brain dumps and Coach conversations can contain personal reflections on your emotions, relationships or mental state. Treat this section as the important one.
This content is stored in your account and is used only to provide the features you use. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models. No human reads it except in the narrow cases described in section 6.
The Coach runs on Life OS's own built-in, rule-based logic inside the app. No message you send to it is sent to any third-party AI service, and your messages are never used to train AI models. If we ever add a third-party AI provider, we will update this policy first and tell you in the app before that change takes effect.
The Coach is a productivity tool. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and the app contains safety rules that redirect crisis, medical and high-risk financial topics to real human help.
Supabase — hosts the database, file storage and authentication.
Sentry — receives crash diagnostics when crash reporting is enabled.
Expo — used to build and distribute the app.
Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job. Beyond them, we disclose data only if we are legally required to, or where it is genuinely necessary to protect someone from serious harm.
The developer who operates Life OS holds an administrator role in the database and can access your data when that is needed to provide support you have asked for or to investigate abuse of the service.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Access is restricted by per-user database rules so that your rows are readable only by your own account, apart from the operator access described in section 6.
Your content is kept while your account exists. Deleted items may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups roll over. Usage events and crash reports are retained in aggregate for product analysis.
You can delete your account and everything in it directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
You can also request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion by emailing vvvadim.businesss@gmail.com — we aim to respond within 30 days. In-app self-service export is not available yet; the email route covers it.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Life OS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, email vvvadim.businesss@gmail.com and we will delete it.
If this policy changes in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will surface the change in the app rather than quietly editing this page. Continued use after that means you accept the updated policy.
