By using Life OS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are between you and the independent developer who operates Life OS; contact vvvadim.businesss@gmail.com with any question about them.
Life OS is a self-development and productivity tool. Nothing in it — including Coach replies, journal prompts, habit suggestions and financial goal projections — is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and none of it replaces a qualified professional.
The Coach runs on Life OS's own built-in, rule-based logic inside the app; no message you send to it is sent to any third-party AI service.
If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. The Coach is built to redirect you to real help in those situations, but it is not a substitute for it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. An account is required to use the app — there is no guest or anonymous mode — so you will be asked to sign up or sign in before you can use any feature. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Life OS is currently free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid plans are introduced later, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay for anything, and using the app will never start a charge without your explicit confirmation.
This release does not offer promo codes — there is nothing to redeem in the app, and no feature is unlocked by a code. If codes are introduced later, each one will be usable once per account, will not be exchangeable for money, and may be revoked if it is shared publicly or used abusively.
Don't use the app to harass anyone, to attempt to access another user's data, to reverse engineer or overload the service, or in any way that breaks applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
You own everything you create in the app — goals, journal entries, vision boards and the rest. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you and to run the features you use. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train AI models. The app itself — its name, design, code, templates and prompt library — belongs to us. You may use it, but not copy, resell or redistribute it.
Life OS is provided "as is". We aim for high availability and we do keep backups, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing vvvadim.businesss@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.
If these terms change in a way that meaningfully affects you, we will surface the change in the app rather than quietly editing this page. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
